Volleyball Falls To The Artichokes

The Roughrider volleyball team fell to the Artichokes from Scottsdale Community College (10-8, 6-3) Wednesday night, 3-1 (19-25, 25-16, 25-23, 25-19). Yavapai falls to 19-11 on the season and 4-4 in ACCAC action.

Yavapai participates in the Northern Oklahoma College Invitational on Friday and Saturday, October 9th and 10th. YC will play Eastfield College, TX and the host team Northern Oklahoma College on Friday and Eastern Arizona College and Butler College, KS on Saturday. The lady spikers will resume conference play on Saturday, October 17th against Eastern Arizona College at 1:00 PM and Arizona Western College at 7:00 PM. The matches will be played on the campus of Arizona Western College in Yuma.
