Roughriders Roll Over Cougars

The Yavapai College Softball team opened up ACCAC play Tuesday afternoon in Phoenix with a doubleheader sweep over South Mountain Community College, 12-0 and 10-2. Yavapai Slips Against CSI & Snow

The Roughrider softball offense was held at bay on Saturday as they only managed 5 runs in two games. YC fell in the first game to College of Southern Idaho 13-4 and lost to Snow College, 3-1 in the finale. The #6 ranked Roughrider softball team opened the 2018 season with three victories in the Southern Nevada Kickoff Classic in Henderson, Nevada on Friday. The Yavapai College Roughrider Student-Athletes experienced a banner semester in the classroom.
