Lady Rider basketball player Tehani Goldsmith has signed an NCAA Division I Letter of Intent with the University of Memphis. The 2007-08 ACCAC Player of the Year and NJCAA 1st Team All-American was courted by numerous DI schools and ultimately decided on the Conference USA member. She joins former lady hoopster Kellie Snyder at the division one level. In April, Snyder committed to Southern Utah University. Head Coach Brad Clifford announces the signing of two more student-athletes for the 2008-09 season bringing the total to six signees. “Both these players bring a lot to the table. Obviously they can play the game but also bring great leadership capabilities.”
