Barraza Signs With Albany

Louis Barraza, 6’5 Guard from Phoenix, AZ, has signed a Letter of Intent to play at University of Albany in Albany, New York. Albany was 15-15 this past season and lost in the Quarter Finals of the American East Tourney. They have won the American East Conference 2 of the last 3 years and appeared in the NCAA Tournament both of those seasons. While at Yavapai, Barraza was named the 2007-08 ACCAC Freshman of the Year. In his only season with the Roughriders, Barraza averaged 20 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists per game.
