The Roughrider soccer team moved one game closer to clinching their 23rd ACCAC title with a 2-1 victory over Paradise Valley Community College Thursday night at Ken Lindley Field. YC is now 18-1-0 (most wins in the country) and 17-1-0 in conference play. Yavapai now has 89 goals on the year, the most goals scored nationally. Paradise Valley falls to 6-10-1.

  • 9th minute – Alex Harlley unassisted
  • 15th minute – Carlos Lara assisted by Eddie Jasso
  • 27th minute – Paradise Valley

Yavapai can clinch the conference championship with a victory over Pima Community College on Saturday, October 13th in the final regular season home match at Mountain Valley Park in Prescott Valley. The game will kick-off at 6:00 PM.
