Softball Claims Top Spot

In the first NJCAA Division I Softball National Poll of the year, Yavapai College claims the top spot followed by last year’s runners-up, Salt Lake City Community College. Fellow conference nemesis, Pima Community College comes in at #9. In their first tournament of the season, the Roughriders beat #2 Salt Lake City, #16 Odessa and #17 College of Southern Idaho and fell to #11 Chattanooga State.
