The 19th ranked Roughrider baseball team impressively swept a home doubleheader from Division II #5 ranked Paradise Valley Community College, 9-3 and 13-5 to run their record to 27-11 overall and 15-5 and atop the ACCAC standings. Paradise Valley falls to 24-12 overall and 12-8 in the conference standings.

Home Sweep For Softballers...

The top ranked Yavapai softball team swept a home doubleheader Tuesday afternoon over the hapless Artichokes from Scottsdale Community College, 12-1 and 11-0. Yavapai leads the ACCAC with a 41-2 overall record and 29-1 in the conference. Scottsdale falls to 12-30 on the season and 5-27 in the standings.
