After an extensive two- month nationwide search, Yavapai College has selected its next head coach for Men’s Basketball, Eric Fundalewicz. Fundalewicz takes over the helm of the Roughriders after serving as the assistant coach at Yavapai College for three years.

Prior to returning to Yavapai, Fundalewicz spent the 2004-05 and 2005-06 seasons at Saint Francis University in Penn. as the women’s assistant coach.

Fundalewicz also served as an assistant women’s coach at Cal State-Northridge in 2003-04.

Prior to his 3 year stint at the Division 1 level, Fundalewicz served as an assistant women’s coach at Yavapai College for three years from 2000-2003, helping lead the Roughriders to a 66-27 record and three consecutive tournament appearances. Eric becomes the 6th head coach in the program’s history.

A 1999 graduate of Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in physical education, Fundalewicz was a student-assistant with the women’s basketball program at NAU for four seasons.
