The Yavapai College Roughriders fell 12-11 to Southern Idaho on Saturday despite racking up 10 hits and 11 runs. Nate Easley racked up three RBIs on two hits for YC. The Yavapai College Roughriders baseball team lost 15-7 to Salt Lake Community College Saturday despite Nate Easley's three-hit day at the dish. Baseball Signs 13 for 2017

The Yavapai College Roughrider baseball program has signed 13 players to the 2017 recruiting class. Seven arms make up the majority and will replenish a sophomore heavy 2016 pitching staff. Fall 2015 Athletic Director Honor Roll Announced

The Yavapai College Student-Athletes had another successful effort in the classroom this past Fall semester. Forty-four student-athletes were recognized as members of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll honoring those student-athletes that received a grade point average of a 3.0 or higher for the Fall semester. Roughrider baseball head coach Ryan Cougill was named as the ABCA/Diamond Western Region Coach of the Year for NJCAA DI. Cougill earned the honor after leading the Roughriders to 45-18 record and a trip to the NJCAA World Series.
