Cross Country Team and Coach Inducted into the Hall of Fame

Soccer Nets 14 Goals in Dominating Shutout of South Mountain

The Yavapai College soccer team defeated South Mountain Community College, 14-0, Saturday night at Ken Lindley Field, the site of the first ever home match for the Roughriders in 1989. The 14 goals tied an all-time record for most home goals in one game. The only other time that the Roughriders scored 14 goals in a match was against Phoenix College in 2005. Volleyball Falls to Arizona Western

On Friday the Yavapai Volleyball team made the journey from Prescott to Yuma, unfortunately they did not return with a win. The Roughriders fell by scores of 15-25, 23-25, 20-25. Tonight both Prescott volleyball teams squared off on the court in Walraven Gym for the annual Crosstown Battle Against Breast Cancer. Yavapai College and Pima Community College battled to a double overtime scoreless tie Tuesday night in Prescott Valley. Yavapai is now 12-1-3 overall and 10-1-3 in the ACCAC standings.
