Records: Yavapai (9-6 overall, 1-0 conference) beat South Mountain on Saturday in the first game, 8-4 and the second game was called due to darkness with the score tied at 8. Cochise (6-6 overall, 0-0 conference) swept El Paso CC on February 20th, 6-1 and 11-5.

All-Time: The Roughriders are 86-42 against the Apaches.

Last Meeting: YC swept Cochise in the NJCAA Region I DI Finals on May 7 and May 8, 2016, 7-3 and 12-11.
