Records: YAVAPAI (22-14 conference; 40-16 overall) swept Arizona Western in the NJCAA Region I Division I Playoffs, 7-3 and 14-13; COCHISE (27-9 conference; 44-15 overall) won a three-game series from South Mountain in the NJCAA Region I Division Playoffs, 4-5, 6-2 and 11-4.
All-Time: Yavapai is 84-42 all-time against the Apaches.
Last Meeting: YC split a doubleheader with Cochise on April 18, 2015 in Prescott, 2-1 and 12-16
The setting: The Roughriders are 10-10 on the road this season. YC split a doubleheader in Douglas this year on February 17th, 0-10 and 6-1.
