Vaqueros Lasso Riders

The Roughrider baseball team dropped a conference doubleheader Tuesday afternoon to #12 ranked Central Arizona College, 8-0 and 18-4. Yavapai falls to 21-18 overall and 10-14 in ACCAC action. CAC improves to 30-10 on the year and 17-7 in the conference standings.

Offensively, Luke Doyle led the Roughriders going 3 for 6 on the day.

Yavapai continues their current homestand entertaining Cochise College on Saturday, April 5th. YC swept a doubleheader over the Apaches in Douglas on March 1st, 6-1 and 7-6. Saturday’s twinbill will begin at 12:00 PM.
