Volleyball Improves Record To 13-3

In their second match of the Badger Bash at Snow College Yavapai took on Colorado Northwestern CC and came away with a 3-0 victory. (27-25, 25-17, 25-18)
Freshman outside hitter Marley Boase led the Roughriders in total kills with 9 and sophomore middle blocker Natalie Fahey had an outstanding match hitting .500 with 8 kills, 0 errors, on 16 attempts.
Saturday brings two more opponents to the court to challenge the Roughriders. At 11:00 am Yavapai will take on NCAA DII Adams State JV and in the final match of the tournament Yavapai will take on the host Snow College who are currently ranked #13 in the NJCAA poll.
