Five 2nd half goals helped Yavapai College defeat Gateway Community College Saturday night at Ken Lindley Field in a 6-0 victory. The shutout is the third consecutive for the Roughriders and fifth in the last seven games. YC is now 16-0-3 on the season and retain first place with a 15-0-3 conference mark. Yavapai’s all-time record at home moves to 242-8-1.
