Baseball Rocks Colorado State
The Roughrider baseball team entertained the 2010 National Club Baseball Association (NCBA) Champions on Monday afternoon at Roughrider Park and swept the six-time title holders, 11-9 and 7-3. YC improves to 21-9 overall and the club team falls to 13-7.

Colorado attempted a comeback in the top of the seventh inning but the door was shut by Robert Orozco to preserve the win.
Offensively, Jonathan Rodriguez, Nolan Clark and Tyler Urps each had two hits a piece. Urps also had six runs batted and Dean Friedberg was 1 for 1 with four runs scored.
In the late game, YC pounded the opponent pitching for 10 hits. Ethan Leiter and Kenneth Gallegos each homered. Clark added two more hits for the day and Ashton McCoy was 2 for 3.
Robbie Ingram was the winning pitcher striking out six Colorado hitters.
