The women’s basketball team overcame a two-point halftime deficit to beat the Gauchos from Glendale Community College Saturday afternoon 86-71 for their eleventh conference victory. The win also gives head coach Brad Clifford his 299th career victory versus 126 losses in 14 seasons. Yavapai
The #1 ranked Roughrider softball team split a pair of games Saturday in the Mizuno Classic in Las Vegas, NV. YC lost the first game to #20 College of Southern Idaho, 7-4 and won the nightcap 12-1 over Chipola College, FL. YC is now 2-2 on the young season.
