Roughriders Fall At Home

The Roughrider basketball team dropped their home opener Saturday afternoon at the hands of Phoenix College, 83-75. YC falls to 0-5 overall and 0-2 in the ACCAC standings.
Yavapai was led by Ali Sabra with 23 points. Playing in his first game as a Roughrider, DJ Barmore scored 12 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Colin Borchert chipped in 10 points and 5 boards.
Yavapai entertains Glendale Community College on Wednesday, December 1st. Tip-off will be at 7:00 PM in the Storm Center.
