Reiher Moves On...

Sophomore basketball player Danielle Reiher has signed a letter of intent to play for Head Coach Tim Kirby and Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas for the 2009-2010 season. The Lady Bison were 20-10 last season competing in the NCAA Division II Gulf South Conference.

The Roughrider baseball team dropped the first game of the NJCAA Region I Championship Series Thursday afternoon at the hands of Central Arizona College, 21-1. YC now faces elimination in Friday’s game, but could force a game three with a victory.

After dropping the first game of the day, the Roughrider softball team bounced back in the nightcap to beat the Pima Community College Aztecs, 11-4 to advance to their second consecutive NJCAA World Series.
